After the notable, exceptional, extraordinary, memorable, indelibly-etched-into-my-memory meet & greet with James Reid and Bret Jackson, I attended a concert in Tacloban Convention Center entitled, HIGHER, which featured Yeng Constantino with her band, Sesa.

It was a one night big event for Christians. Most especially for the youth. Yeng gave her life testimony and sang a few songs. I didn’t know she was Christian.

It was so great to see everyone so united for one purpose - to LIFT JESUS HIGHER. The reason behind the concert title. And it’s also for this generation’s youth to stand and rise for what they believe in (I’m also telling this to myself).

I was indeed so blessed and I believe everyone else was blessed. It’s just the start of a whole new level of victory :D To God be the Glory!

If you’re following me back in my old blog, then you probably know how I am a fan of James Reid. If you don’t know him, he’s the PBB Teen Clash of 2010 big winner. A half Fil, half Aussie teenternational. And don’t judge me but I like him ever since he was inside the PBB house. Anyway, when I heard that he was coming to Tacloban with Bret Jackson to promote their digi card, We Are Whatever, I had to set my plans to meet him.

My friend, Joyce, won a VIP ticket through a radio station and for the love of James, I had to buy their digi card to enjoy a front seat. They say it comes with a meet & greet but no meet and greet happened. I had to see them despite not feeling well because of my cough and colds.

Fansigns yow! :D

The moment when the place ran out of electricity, the crowd went wild! Just look at those hands trying to reach for Bret.

He sang The Lazy Song, The Man Who Can’t Be Moved, Yeah (acoustic version), and some songs from the album. They also sang the song Can’t Stand It. And James did the dougie dance which made me request for more! Hahaha :) I kept shouting “Banana Pancakes! Banana Pancakes!” which he also used to play when he was still inside the PBB house which is also one of my fave.

The security can’t handle the crowd anymore ‘coz everyone was already pushing. The seats were no use haha. But James was the one apologizing to the security guards who was getting pushed. It was so nice and cute of him to do that.

So I was saying that no meet & greet happened. But because we were desperate to meet them, we had to follow them to their hotel. Now look, we had our photos taken. Just excuse the face. We look haggard haha.

And we also have their autographs :)

The We Are Whatever digi card for 99php only.

It has been a great & unforgettable experience! :DDDD

Just a short post because I have been ignoring this space for a couple of days already. I have lots of things to update and blog about but I’ve been busy and was out lately that I can’t update that much anymore. And I am suffering from heavy colds and cough - which is just getting worse. I know I have backlogs but hopefully I can catch up soon :)

It’s the weekend guys so have fun and stay safe and healthy :)

Ps; I just got the best Friday ever!! Haha.

Just a little life update. To be honest, I haven’t done much at all and the weekend have really gone by way too fast. Back to school again tomorrow, so I’m trying to make the most of it!
Anyway, I took part in a Fun Run event today. But I was late so I didn’t get to run  a long mile like others did haha. I saw a few Elementary & HS classmates (and lots of unfamiliar faces lol). Then I had breakfast with Joyce which involved a lot of talking and STALKING hahaha. We were catching up on things after not seeing each other for quite a long time. This week should be fun as well. I hope you’re having a great weekend! :)
Side note; I want the ‘Barbie’ shoes I saw yesterday.

I’m a sucker for colorful things and places. And this is just too pretty for words. I would love to visit these places one day ♥

I’ve always had a long, straight, and shiny hair when I was a kid. I just had to get it cut when I was in 2nd year hs for some serious medical reasons lol. And ever since, I never let my hair grew out again. I always have that strange feeling like I have to cut my hair short (I even once looked like a boy haha) every time my sisters would get their hair cut, too (weird I know). So I promised myself to let it grow long. And I miss experimenting with my hair! :)
BUT upon seeing this picture of Yoon Eun Hye (I love her in Princess Hours/Goong!! Haha ♥), I am AGAIN itched to cut my hair this short! Although I don’t know if I’m allowed to color my hair. But I want it permed. My hair is shoulder length and my bangs is in an awkward length. But I’m still confused, really. What do you think? :)
